OS4 Version 0.2.1.0

0.1.1.0 was a major version; but never released.

In 0.2.1.0 there various bug fixes and changes to the core system that aren't listed in the change log.

Some of those include a reworked file system, folders are easier to navigate (compared to 0.1.1.0)

Along with that, some things were re-named."Account control" is now "Secure Control" as it covers system wide settings and not user settings.

We attempted to implement color changing/themes for the system but currently is doesn't work.

Various crashes were fixed.
